AI Lab by CogniGuru

A trained AI teacher inside your school.

CogniGuru places its own trained AI instructors directly in your classroom, with a complete K-12 curriculum included. No hiring, no curriculum-building, no setup burden on your school.

How it works

Not a software license. Not a training workshop. A real teacher, showing up.

Contractual AI faculty

Our own trained instructors teach — in person, hybrid, or fully online — 1-2 sessions a week, worked into your existing timetable.

Full curriculum, zero prep

Lesson plans, hands-on projects, and assessments are ready to go. Your teachers don’t build a single slide.

“AI Lab by CogniGuru”

Market it under your own school’s name — a real, visible differentiator for admissions and parent communication.

All you provide

A classroom, a projector, and internet. That’s the entire setup on your side.

2-MONTH SPRINT · 2 CLASSES A WEEK

One curriculum, three tiers

Grade-matched, from first exposure to real Python and ML.

Classes 4–5

AI Explorer

  • Visual Coding
  • Smart Home Concepts
  • AI Ethics

Sample project: build and demo a visual AI project of their own choosing.

Classes 6–8

AI Foundation

  • Data Literacy
  • Computer Vision
  • Teachable Machine

Sample project: train an image classifier, then build a first chatbot.

Classes 9–12

AI Builder

  • Python Programming
  • Working with APIs
  • Real ML Models

Sample project: build a custom AI chatbot and present it at Demo Day.

What happens in the free demo class

60 minutes, at your school, before you commit to anything.

1

AI, live

Students throw real questions at a live AI model — including ones it gets wrong. A concrete first look at what it actually is.

2

Train their own model

The hands-on centerpiece — every student trains a working AI image classifier on their own phone, in the room.

3

Where this leads

A grounded look at where AI skills are actually headed, so students see the point of what they just built.

4

Questions, and next steps

Open Q&A, then a clear picture of what a full program at your school would look like — no pressure to decide on the spot.

What every student walks away with

  • A certificate of completion for the program tier they finished.
  • A real project they built — a trained AI model, a working chatbot, or a data-driven prediction, depending on their tier.
  • A Demo Day — presenting their own work in front of parents at the end of the program.

Who’s behind the curriculum

CogniGuru is built by IIT Mandi alumni. Our AI Lab curriculum is authored as part of an 8-level K-12 AI curriculum, published with Vedv Publication, and instructors are trained and supervised under that same team before they ever teach a session independently.

Questions schools usually ask

What does an AI teacher from CogniGuru actually do at our school?

Our instructor comes to your school on a contractual basis and teaches AI directly to your students, using our own curriculum, projects, and assessments — the same way a specialist subject teacher would, without your school needing to hire, train, or manage one.

Do our existing teachers need to learn AI themselves?

No — the program is designed so your teachers have zero preparation or delivery burden. If you’d also like your own staff to build AI capability, that’s a separate conversation we’re happy to have.

How much classroom time does this actually need?

The core program runs 2 sessions a week for 2 months. Exact scheduling — in-person, hybrid, or fully online — is worked around your existing timetable.

Can this run if you don’t visit our city in person?

Yes — the program runs in-person, hybrid (one in-person session plus one online), or fully online via live sessions, depending on your school’s location.

What does a student actually get at the end?

A certificate of completion, a real project they built themselves, and a Demo Day where they present their work to parents.
